MyVaidh is a technology platform that connects users seeking home healthcare services ("Users") with independent healthcare professionals, including General Duty Attendants (GDAs) and Nurses ("Caregivers").
Important Disclaimer: MyVaidh is not a hospital and does not provide emergency medical services. The Platform is designed for non-emergency, planned home care. In case of a medical emergency, call an ambulance (102/108) immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Platform.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including medical history and address) during registration.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
